CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Shift time: 2p11p and 10p6a available
- Every other weekend required
- Guaranteed 38 hrs a week
- The contract is for 4 weeks

Job Summary
We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
Responsibilities
- Primarily assist with Resident's ADLs and provide companionship
- Assist with personal hygiene needs like dressing, laundry, bedding, room keeping, etc
- Assist with mobility, walking, physical therapy exercises, etc
- Assist with food and water intake
- Note: Each facility may have its own set of responsibilities, but the above-mentioned are the general responsibilities of a CNA.
Requirements
- Active LNA certification for the state of VT
- Physical and TB Screening
- Resume
- Driver's License or State ID
- SSN Card
- VCIC and Background Check, if any
